We are a family based in East Sussex and are the new proud owners of a spacious two bedroom house set in La Herradura, Spain and we hope to offer our clients quality accommodation and value for money. A brief description of our home, together with a price list is given below.
Within a minutes walk of the house you can make use of the tennis courts, paddel courts, swimming pool, darts, and table tennis. The communal swimming pool has a charge of 7 Euros (adults) and 4 Euros (children) for all day admission, and this includes the above amenities. As we are aware that if you wanted to use the pool everyday it does seem a bit expensive, we have reflected this in our competitive rental charges for the type of property in the area. There are also showers and toilets here and a small bar which provides snacks and drinks.
The house is comfortable and airy. The full width patio doors from the lounge/dining area leads onto the large, private sun terrace, which enjoys full sun and lovely views over the bay. You can relax on the sun loungers which are provided, dine alfresco or take a walk from the terrace to the communal gardens.
The kitchen is well appointed, with a microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, gas oven hob, and crockery/cutlery etc, for six people. There is a washing machine in our utility room. There is plenty of parking at the rear of the house.
For your relaxation, there is a hi-fi (Ipod, compatible), a TV with some Sky channels available and some ‘holiday reads’, playing cards, chess/draughts and crib board. Together with ceiling fans throughout the house, all the windows have metal shutters to help keep the house cool and secure when out. For off peak winter lets we have a log burner if needed. There is a separate downstairs WC.
The master bedroom upstairs, comprises a King size bed and a balcony overlooking the tropical gardens and La Herradura Bay. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and share a family bathroom (Bath {with shower attachment}, WC and basin.)

Towels and linen are provided (excluding beach towels) and changed each week. Our property is cleaned before/after each booking. If you require a laundry change during your stay then a direct charge will apply.
3 bedroom duplex in La Herradura centre for long term lets.
We also own a 3 bedroom duplex in the centre of town, which is a couple of minutes walk to the seafront and all the shops, bars and restaurants. This is let on a long term basis from 6 months onwards. It also comes with an underground car parking space and a roof top swimming pool.
Over two floors, the master bedroom at the top enjoys a private sun terrace and direct walk way to the pool. It also has a large bathroom on this floor. Downstairs, we have 1 double bedroom and a twin room, shower room, wc and basin, kitchen and lounge area.
The duplex costs £550 per month.
